To complain about bus service, call the MTA NYC Transit's Department of Buses Complaint Line. Have ready the time, date, stop, and the bus number. If you want to complain about a driver, try to get his or her badge number before you make the call.

To retrieve articles you've lost on an MTA New York City Transit bus or subway, call the Lost and Found. Give the operator a complete description of the article, when and where you lost it, including details like the date, time, station, bus number, train line and borough.
