PA Gotbaum on Brooklyn Elevator Death

Public Advocate Betsy Gotbaum said, "The city must do everything possible to prevent avoidable tragedies like the death of this five-year-old boy. First and foremost, to protect NYCHA residents, we must take immediate steps to ensure the safety and functioning of all elevators. My heart goes out to the victim's family."
