Public Advocate Bill de Blasio has found over $170,000 in recent City spending at a car wash company notorious for mistreating workers. In a letter to the Administration, De Blasio called on the Mayor and City agencies to stop spending taxpayer dollars at Lage Management Corporation, a company with a long history of underpaying its workers and failing to provide safe working conditions.
